Unplugged is one of the few events I eagerly await each school year, and this year’s event was nothing short of fabulous. Etcetera, with help of the art club, turned our regular cafeteria into a wonderland, complete with flickering candle flames and string lights cascaded everywhere. The event had an intimate, homey vibe and everything was picture perfect. Hosts Tim Gallo and Alex Maieta kept the crowd entertained between sets and even performed some impressive acts themselves.

Some of my personal favorite acts included Allie Cimaglia and Emily Farrell’s rendition of “Give Me Love” by Ed Sheeran, Victoria Liu’s cover of “Rainbow” by Kesha, Amanda Ruiz’s performance of “Vienna”, “When I Was Your Man” by Bruno Mars performed by Arianna Bocchino and Robbie McCoy, and Grover Cleveland Bathtub’s performance of The Drake and Josh theme song, “I Found A Way.” Overall, everyone that performed did an amazing job, and Etcetera put on a great event!
