The rumors are true, and the fans are going crazy! The renowned singer and songwriter, Taylor Swift, and popular football player for the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce, were first rumored to be a couple back in early August when they were spotted hanging out in New York. Originally, we thought their first encounter was when she attended a Chiefs vs. Bears game in late September. It all started when Travis said that he was going to leave tickets in his box for Taylor Swift, and even if she wasn’t up for it, they’d be there for her to grab. Regardless if she was actually a football fanatic or not, of course, she took those tickets!
On top of that, it turns out their affiliation with each other had started an entire month prior! That is when rumors started spiraling out of control, due to Taylor Swift just getting out of a six-year-long relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Joe Alwyn. The internet was having a field day with memes, and what seemed like, heated debates on Travis vs. Joe. Nonetheless, the two continued their hangouts and Swift attended his football game. That was until they were spotted once again in New York, this time holding hands.

Fans connected the dots and thus took that as a confirmation in itself. In addition, fans swooned over the scene of Kelce getting out of the car to open her door for her, followed by them interlocking hands and being swarmed with paparazzi trying to capture this historic moment.
As time passed and their relationship grew, so did their fan’s love for them as a couple. After more football games, and Kelce dropping small easter eggs that fans rushed to hunt, Taylor and Travis shocked the world when they were spotted in Argentina together at one of Swift’s shows.
