As the Winter Olympics come closer and closer, so does the mutual friendship between North Korea and South Korea. On February 9th the two rivaling countries will be walking together under one unified flag that hasn’t been used since the 2006 winter games in Italy. The flag is the outline of the Korean Peninsula in blue with a white background. North Korea will be sending 230 supporters from their country and both of the countries have agreed that they will both be supporting the athletes from their countries. To continue with this breakthrough, both skiing teams will be training together in a North Korean ski resort.  The opening ceremony will be February 9th at 6:00 AM Eastern time.
