With January approaching, snow days are bound to happen. These days are great for catching up on homework or sleeping in, but what should you do after that? Here are some ideas that can get you into the winter spirit and ready for the upcoming snow days!

Going sledding with friends and family is a perfect way to spend the day outside. Occasional snowball fights are inevitable and the feeling of accomplishment after building the perfect snowman is sure to put a smile on your face!

If you aren’t ready to step outside into the cold weather, here are some ideas that don’t involve the snow. Although making hot chocolate doesn’t take long, it is a favorable way to warm up on a frigid day. If you want to test out your cooking skills, baking festive cookies is an excellent way to have fun and stay active inside. After that, you can wrap yourself up in blankets and watch Christmas movies while you eat your cookies and sip on your hot chocolate. That is the ideal way to spend your snow day!
